Our 5 bed, 5 bath home really is one of the very best you will see in the Orlando area. It is situated at The Abbey which is 2 minutes from Champions gate and two Greg Norman designed golf courses and the David Leadbetter golf academy. It is set in a gated community of only 58 homes and looks out over the wetlands and conservation area. This truly is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is home to a wonderful collection of wildlife. The extended pool deck is not overlooked and allows you to catch the sun all day or retreat to the covered lanai if it all gets too much.
The interior is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has all the comforts of home. The Grand room has a feature staircase leading to an additional lounge on the first floor. We have a Plasma Screen and home theatre system in the Grand room which will play DVD'S, CD and MP3 DISC'S. There is a good selection of DVD'S and over 200 Albums on MP3 discs. The upper lounge also has a combined TV, VIDEO, DVD, CD and MP3 player. A Playstation 2 with games can also be found here along with various board games. We also have games room with an 8 feet Brunswick slate bed pool table, table football, table tennis and electronic darts for the energetic. We have two lounges, dining room, breakfast area, 3 master bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms (all with cable TV) and a double sofa bed in the galley lounge if required. The 5 bathrooms are luxurious and we even have a bathroom and shower outside by the pool! The lounge has triple sliding doors leading onto the pool deck. The ground floor master bedroom and dining room have double sliding doors again leading onto the pool deck. All pool doors are alarmed for your safety. Please note smoking is not permitted inside the house and we do not accept pets of any kind.

The 'What will you celebrate?' campaign announced for 2009 by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts states that anyone showing up with a valid ID including proof of birthdate will get a free ticket on that day in 2009 for one of the theme parks at Disney World.
